Refund and Cancellation Policy
Out of Stock and Delivery Time:
If an item you ordered is out of stock, the delivery timeframe will be extended to 30 days, which is the standard delivery time for restocking and shipping. We kindly request your patience during this period.
No Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at contact@purifycat.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the defective item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you within a reasonable period if you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. If deemed eligible, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
Return Eligibility for Defective Items:
To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Alteration Services:
For orders within the UAE, we offer alteration services at a charge of 100 AED.
